While dealing with delicate living plants, unusual weather conditions can show an impact on them during shipping. Kindly do not panic on seeing a damaged product or if the plant is in a bad shape.

HOW DOES REFUND/REPLACEMENT WORK?

If the plant or the product you received is damaged, kindly take a photograph of it and mention your order ID while contacting us. Make sure to contact us within a day of your delivery. In an event of damaged plant delivered, you should submit the photograph along with problem to our customer support strictly within 3 days. Any claims made after shall be held void.

*Returns and exchanges are not encouraged once the given time is exceeded.

NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PLANT YOU RECEIVED?

We have a 3-day policy period, which implies that if you’re not satisfied with the product or have any issues within the 3 days of arrival, you should contact us with the photograph of the plant/product.

Our plant doctors will get in touch with you to help you in every way possible to get your plant back to proper shape.

*If we cannot fix the problem, we will provide the refund amount as replacements for plants cannot be done.

Please note that unless there is a damage there are no returns as plants are living things.
